Safety is more than a policy at B&M — it’s a daily commitment. Every crew member is trained, certified, and empowered to speak up when something doesn’t look right. Our flaggers and field supervisors hold ATSSA Certification, complete OSHA courses, and undergo ongoing mentorship and performance checks. Each workday begins with a safety briefing, and every traffic control zone we set up follows MUTCD Part 6 guidelines to the letter. We invest in our people because that’s where safety starts — with awareness, focus, and teamwork.
